This document is a preliminary version of the terms and conditions of use of the public site https://gestambo-dos.ticksar.com.ar and the services that Gestambo will offer in the future through the https://app.gestambo.com.ar platform. It is subject to updates as the product evolves.

The public site is intended to inform about the Gestambo project, capture interested parties for the pilot program, and communicate progress. It does not constitute a binding offer of services.

The data you provide through forms (name, email, phone, information about your establishment) will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated in each form (replying to you, adding you to the newsletter, evaluating you for the pilot). For more details, see our privacy policy.

All site contents (text, graphics, logo, code) are the property of Gestambo. They may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without express authorization.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is offered "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date and accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free from errors. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.

6. Future services

When we launch the product, the specific service terms (Service Agreement or SLA, subscription plans, payment policy, cancellation policy, etc.) will be published as complementary documents and will take precedence over the terms of this site regarding the use of the platform.
