Privacy policy

Gestambo we deeply value the trust of those who share their data with us. This policy describes how we collect, store, and use your personal information when you browse our site or contact us.

1. What data we collect

  • Data you provide voluntarily: name, email, phone, country, establishment name, approximate herd size, messages you send us. We only receive what you choose to share with us through the forms on the site.
  • Basic technical data: we use privacy-friendly analytics (no tracking cookies, no profiling) that collect anonymous browsing metrics: page views, approximate country, device. We don't identify individual visitors.
  • Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies (light/dark mode preference, form session). We don't use advertising or third-party cookies.

2. What we use it for

  • Reply to your inquiries.
  • Add you to the newsletter only if you explicitly accept.
  • Evaluate your interest in the pilot program.
  • Improve the site based on aggregated, anonymous metrics.

3. Who we share it with

Nobody by default. We don't sell, rent, or market your data. The only third parties that may process your information are the infrastructure providers we use to operate the site (hosting, transactional email, analytics) and they are subject to data-protection agreements.

4. Where it is stored

Your data is stored on professional cloud infrastructure, with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and with regular backups. The physical location of the datacenters will be communicated when we launch the product.

5. How long we keep it

  • Leads and inquiries: up to 24 months from your last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: while you remain subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Technical logs: 30 days.

6. Your rights

At any time you can:

  • Ask us to send you a copy of the data we have about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of that data.
  • Cancel your newsletter subscription.
  • Request more details about how we process your information.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be published on this page with the latest update date.
