About plans and billing
Why are prices in US dollars?
It's the most stable currency for setting values in regional projects (Argentina + Uruguay). You'll be able to pay in Argentine pesos or Uruguayan pesos at the day's exchange rate, or directly in dollars if you prefer. For launch, we're defining whether there are special discounts for paying in local currency.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes. All plans will have a trial period without a credit card. You'll be able to enter your real data, test the system, and only then decide.
Can I change plans later?
Whenever you want. Upgrades apply instantly; downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle (current month).
What if I have more cows or users than the included amount?
Each plan has an included amount and a per-cow / per-user price for extras. Use the calculator above to see exactly what it would cost based on your real operation size.
Is the Pro plan hardware free?
No, the hardware (LoRa sensors, collars, weather stations) is billed separately at device cost. The Pro plan includes the software platform that controls it and early access so you can be among the first to receive it when it ships.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. We're finalizing the details, but the idea is to offer two free months for paying annually in advance. We'll confirm at launch.
How is billing handled?
We issue electronic invoices via AFIP (Argentina) or DGI (Uruguay) as applicable. We support credit card, automatic bank debit, and bank transfer.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you keep read access for a reasonable period and can export everything in Excel or CSV without restrictions.
